Sitter Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Fluent in English
- High school graduate
- Pass a background check
- Non-smoker
- Minimum 2 years full-time employment in a childcare field
- At least 18 years old
- 3 references
- Passionate about working in the childcare field
- A valid Driver’s License
- Clean driving record
- CPR and First Aid by first day of employment
- Updated childcare cover letter and resumé
Our babysitter hiring process
Once you complete your initial application, we will start our interview process. This includes an in-depth application, a screening call, an in-person or Zoom/Facetime interview, references, internet and background checks.
